Deimic Company Regulations

1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the services and products offered by Deimic.
1.2. Deimic is a Polish manufacturer of building automation devices, specializing in smart home systems.
1.3. These terms apply to all customers, partners, and users of Deimic products.

2. Definitions

2.1. Deimic - Deimic company, manufacturer of building automation systems.
2.2. Customer - a natural or legal person purchasing Deimic products.
2.3. Deimic One System - a complete building automation system offered by Deimic.

3. Orders and Product Sales

3.1. Orders can be placed through the Deimic online store, by email, or by phone.
3.2. Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
3.3. Deimic reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order in justified cases.

4. Prices and Payments

4.1. Product prices are quoted in Polish zloty and include VAT.
4.2. Deimic accepts payments by bank transfer, credit card, and cash on delivery.
4.3. A VAT invoice will be issued and delivered with the order.

5. Delivery and Collection of Goods

5.1. Delivery is carried out via courier companies or personal pickup at the company’s headquarters.
5.2. Delivery costs are charged separately and depend on the chosen delivery method.
5.3. Delivery time is usually 2-5 working days from the payment confirmation.

6. Warranty and Complaints

6.1. Deimic products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty.
6.2. The condition for processing complaints and using the warranty is providing proof of purchase in the form of a VAT invoice.
6.3. Complaints should be reported in writing by email or by mail to the company’s address, including a copy of the VAT invoice.
6.4. The defective product should be accompanied by a description of the defect and a copy of the proof of purchase (VAT invoice).
6.5. Deimic will process the complaint within 14 days of receiving it with the required documents.
6.6. If the complaint is accepted, Deimic will repair or replace the defective product with a new one.
6.7. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, modification of the product, or repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
6.8. Detailed warranty conditions are available in the warranty card attached to each product.

7. Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract

7.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
7.2. The returned product must be in an intact and complete condition.
7.3. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1. All intellectual property rights to Deimic products and software are reserved.
8.2. The Customer is not entitled to modify, decompile, or reverse engineer Deimic products.

9. Personal Data Protection

9.1. Deimic processes personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.
9.2. Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

10.1. Deimic is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products.
10.2. Deimic’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

11. Technical Support and Service

11.1. Deimic provides technical support for its products.
11.2. Warranty and post-warranty service is performed at the company’s headquarters or by authorized partners.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law.
12.2. Deimic reserves the right to change the terms. Customers will be informed of any changes electronically.
